Petron marks 20 years of Car Care Center with national convention

MANILA: Petron marked the 20th year of its Car Care Center (CCC) by having a national convention for its franchisees, celebrating two decades of success and the partnerships behind the automotive care brand.

Themed “Beyond Service, a Journey of Excellence,” the event—held last August 27 Sheraton Manila Hotel—brought together for the first time in CCC history franchisees of the 60-strong network, fostering camaraderie while strengthening their relationship with leaders and partners in Petron.

In a statement, the Philippine-headquartered oil firm shared that the event commemorated the milestones and best practices that shaped the anniversary.

Aside from that, Petron also recognized outstanding franchisees for their contributions to CCC’s growth and continued success in the country through the 14 different categories. This includes the CCC Excellence Award—an honor given to the best performing stand-alone and in-station CCC. Winning the coveted awards were Petron CCC Camiling Tarlac and Petron CCC Marikina, respectively.

Petron Vice President for Industrial Sales Virgilio Centeno underscored the importance of the partnership and the shared values that continue to guide the company and its franchisees.

“At CCC, we call ourselves the Automotive Fluids Specialist. It carries with it the assurance that every diagnosis and repair is handled with precision and skill, that every motorist is treated with genuine care and malasakit. We count on our franchisees to bring this promise to life, and we thank them for their trust and continued support,” Centeno was quoted as saying.

Further, Petron revealed its goal of reaching 100 outlets as it aims to further solidify its place in the automotive care industry. Currently, around 60 Petron Car Care Centers are situated in key areas nationwide, with more outlets set to open within the year.

“Each CCC offers motorists a reliable destination for premium car services backed by Petron’s world-class lubricant products. Petron continues to accelerate the expansion of CCC’s footprint, opening 22 new locations in a span of three years, while introducing a fresh new look and broadening its service offerings,” the firm noted.
