MANILA: As disclosed by Tesla Philippines, it has already delivered over 1,500 examples of its electric vehicle (EV) models to date. To put the said milestone into perspective, the brand’s local arm has only started its unit deliveries to clients in the opening of 2025

    Tesla Model 3

    The Tesla Model 3 set to be displayed at Rockwell Power Plant Mall is the top-spec Performance trim.

    At its maximum, the said version of the all-electric sedan can produce up to 510 horsepower (hp) and 610 Newton-meters of torque from its dual-motor, all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup. Additionally, the model can also cover up to 528 kilometers (km), according to the World Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP). Thanks to its output, it likewise has the ability to accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.1 seconds.

    Other noteworthy features available to the Tesla Model 3 include, but are not limited to, the following:

    The top-spec Performance trim offers a dual-motor, AWD setup along with a WLTP-indicated range of 514 km. It can also accelerate from zero to 100 kph in just 3.7 seconds. 

    To note, the Tesla Model Y variant with the most range is the mid-spec Long Range trim, which is capable of covering 533 km from a single full charge. Like its sedan sibling, the all-electric sport utility vehicle also has fast charging, a comprehensive ADAS suite, a panoramic glass sunroof, and many other features.
