Top dealers awarded by Isuzu Philippines Corporation

MANILA: At the 14th Dealer of the Year Awards (DOYA) organised by Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the Japanese automaker awarded dealers from across the country for their exceptional performance in sales and aftersales operations.

The automaker cited that while the automobile industry in the Philippines sunk as a whole in 2018, the brand still came out as one of the leading truck brands in the country.

The company managed to continue the sales leadership which it has been leading from the last 18 years, taking the total tally to 19 years. "We are all here, standing, and celebrating our success", said Shojiro Sakoda, IPC Executive Vice President.

"Now that Isuzu has already 43 dealerships operating nationwide, we know that all of you are doing your best to achieve our goals each year, and we appreciate each one of you. We are working as one team, we are one Isuzu". He then added, "We couldn’t have done it without you.

This is the night of becoming an inspiration—an inspiration to do something different, something bigger, and something remarkable”, said Hajime Koso, Isuzu Philippines Corporation President.

While Isuzu Iloilo was crowned as the Isuzu Philippines Corporation's 2018 Dealer of the Year Champion, the second and the third spot were grabbed by Isuzu Cabanatuan and Isuzu Cagayan de Oro, respectively. Isuzu Bulacan clinched the Most Improved Dealership of the Year award. Moreover, the Sales Team of the Year along with the Best in Sales Operations citation was awarded to Isuzu Pasig.

While Ms. Caren Pearl Gaspar of Isuzu Pasig won the Sales Executive of the Year in the CV Category, Mr. Gabriel Joshua Corro Jr. of Isuzu Iloilo clinched the Sales Executive of the Year in the LCV Category. Best in Parts Operation, Best in Service Operations, and Best in Customer Service Operations awards were presented to Isuzu Bulacan, Isuzu Alabang, and Isuzu Sto. Tomas Batangas, respectively.
