Isuzu PH gets newest Triple Star Award for Aftersales Ops

MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) received the prestigious Triple Star Award for Aftersales Operations anew.

Such an award — which was given by Isuzu Motors Limited (IML) Japan — is the highest distinction under the brand’s Aftersales Evaluation Program. Per IPC, only 10 of the 65 distributors around the world were able to obtain the recognition in 2025.

The latest recognition came after the Japanese marque’s arm in the country won its Triple Star Award win in 2024 — marking two consecutive years that the company achieved the highest level of compliance.

According to IPC, the program encourages each distributor to deliver excellence in parts availability, service quality, and customer care, ensuring uniform adherence to Isuzu’s operational standards globally.

IPC also explained that IML’s global aftersales evaluation follows stringent criteria to measure a distributor’s performance across key areas namely:

• Parts supply capability
• Service quality
• Customer satisfaction
• Technician competency
• Compliance with Isuzu Standard Operations

“Aftersales has always been the foundation of our business success. It is through our consistent focus on aftersales quality and operational discipline that we’ve maintained our 25-year leadership as the number one truck brand in the Philippines. This Triple Star recognition validates that our aftersales operations are aligned with Isuzu’s global standards — ensuring our customers receive the same world-class service wherever they are,” IPC President Mikio Tsukui was quoted as saying.

“This recognition is not only a badge of excellence but a responsibility for us to continue improving. Through the Triple Star program, Isuzu Philippines is committed to raising the standards of aftersales operations even higher—to truly live up to our brand promise of being ‘Your Responsible Partner,’” he added.

IPC noted that it continues to boost its aftersales foundation to ensure maximum vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction across its nationwide network of dealerships, readily available genuine parts, and highly trained service technicians.

Aside from that, the firm supports business partners through Fleet Training Programs, technical support, and service innovations designed to meet the evolving needs of Filipino customers.
