KTM motorcycles to be available on LazMall by Aug. 1

MANILA: KTM enthusiasts and valued customers will now be able to reserve a KTM motorcycle in the comfort of their homes via Lazada beginning August 1, 2020.

KTM is the first motorcycle brand to be made available on Lazada. Since its inception on the platform in October 2019, the e-commerce giant has been regarded as one of the rapidly growing platforms for the online selling of motorcycles.

In celebration of this collaboration, KTM was able to sponsor a KTM Duke 200 motorcycle, which was raffled off last November 11, 2019 through Price Slash (that produced at least 100,000 "slashes"). This raffle paved the way for the brand to be promoted outside and inside of Lazada.

Filipino Lazada shoppers have also started to grasp the idea of reservation vouchers and have placed their preorders online for much-anticipated and forthcoming models like the Duke 390 Adventure.

To date, KTM has successfully managed motorcycle sales through the aid of the platform. This convenient system is also a proactive customer and business solution to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

COO and President of Adventure Cycle Philippines, Inc. or ACPI (the exclusive distributor of KTM motorcycles in the country) Dino Santos said that the KTM LazMall is not only an e-commerce platform, but it also paves the way for the future of the brand.

COO of Lazada Philippines Carlos Barrera also added that the collaboration of KTM with Lazada shows the motorcycle company’s dedication to providing service to the Filipinos. This is through accessibility to a wide selection of products that are meant to serve the different lifestyle needs of its customers.
