We already have mentioned the revamped dashboard inside the cabin space. Let us get into some details of the noticeable transformations on the inside. The dashboard is completely reworked to give a premium and sophisticated look to the interior. The three-spoke steering wheel with all Bluetooth and audio controls are common features but what catches our attention is the drab-looking circular knobs for automatic climate control, making for a smarter air conditioning unit. The AC vents are all new and nothing matches the previous version of Trailblazer. The touchscreen infotainment system comes with an 8-inch screen with all ubiquitous features. Additionally, it also has added functions for smartphone connectivity including Android Auto and Apple Carplay. 

The dashboard comes with the new soft-touch pattern, and the contrast stitching with new leather upholstery, adds to the premium look and styling of the interior. It is amazing to note that the Trailblazer offers the flexibility of folding the second and third-row in 16 different configurations.

Chevrolet Trailblazer is a mid-size SUV that is always acclaimed for its hulky and bol look and has a strong street presence that any SUV with such an attitude must command. With this facelifted version, the Trailblazer lineage has lived true to its name, and even better, it has updated the style quotient with this new version of Trailblazer. Talking about the overhauling done on the exterior aesthetics, the most prominent changes are the front grille that comes with a two-slat chrome design with Chevrolet’s logo embossed between them. The hulky front fascia of the SUV owes to its new black striping design on the front bonnet. Overall, the front face of the SUV looks sharper, wider, bolder, and masculine. Not many changes are made to the side face of the car apart from the new 18-inch gunmetal alloy wheels, which gives a more elevated appearance to the already 253mm high ground clearance. The rear silhouette does not get many changes apart from the new LED inserts, which also do not contribute to enhancing the tailgate.

Chevrolet Trailblazer comes with two engine options and both are diesel-powered. The two mills are known as ‘Duramax’ engines, the smaller one is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder unit, sparking 163 bhp of maximum power and 380 Nm of peak torque. While the bigger one,  2.8-litre four-cylinder engine, pumping out 200 bhp of power and 500 Nm of torque. The 2.5-liter diesel option is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox and front-wheel drive as standard. The 2.8-litre diesel option is mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox and features in one trim with four-wheel drive and in other two it pairs to a front-wheel-drive system. 

Trailblazer is supposed to be the flagship model from the house of Chevrolet and is sure to have all safety and braking features, on point. The Trailblazer comes with front, side and curtain airbags, Anti-Lock Braking System with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution. Additional safety features include Traction Control system, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Trailer Sway Control, Brake Assist, and Electronic Stability Control. Besides that, the highly proactive safety features like Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning, Side Blind Zone Alert, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, are also incorporated into the Trailblazer, making it top-notch choice in terms of braking and safety.
