It has been one and a half months with the Volvo XC40 Recharge, and I’m still loving this car. I test-drove many EVs before buying the XC40 Recharge, but none of them felt as good and pleasant as this vehicle, mainly due to its excellent handling and visibility. Early on, our car had a few software quirks, but with software updates, those issues have been ironed out. It is smooth, reliable, and well-equipped. I have taken it on multiday road trips, and it has performed well every time. Certainly, on road trips, I would prefer a better range, but something that you need to remember is that it has been mainly made for short trips and daily drives.
