Volvo XC40 is a pretty good little crossover. I have owned it for the last two years and love most of the things about it. The cargo area is not that good, but I can still fit in my golf clubs and two large pieces of luggage with ease in the car. On the highway, when the surface tends to be smoother, it offers an excellent ride. The steering wheel feels solid, and its light nature makes it easy to drive and park. The passive dampers iron out all but the nastiest road imperfections. The infotainment system is a bit annoying, and the seats and the interior could be a bit more premium.
