2016 Toyota Innova Brochure Leaked

MANILA: It’s Toyota and it’s the new Innova! Yes, the beloved brand of Filipinos and its beloved car by them. The success story of Toyota Innova in Philippines is not new to us and we are sure the excitement level would rise to read about the new updates in Innova. The brochure of this refreshed MPV is obtained from Autonetmagz.com where the image shows a lot of refresh sights of front.

The new Innova has opted for bold front end with the section of the grille widely segmented from the rest of the front fascia. Unfortunately, the shots of the brochure only show the revised front only of all three variants, G Type, V Type, and Q Type. The base model G Type appears to have 16-inch alloy wheels and halogen headlamps as exterior highlights whereas the interiors reflect 7-inch infotainment display screen, chilled glove-box, and tilt and telescopic steering wheel.

The safety feature of G variant include three airbags, ISOFIX points, driving mode which allows driver to switch between Eco and Power modes, and this mode is standard in all three variants. Moreover, the middle sibling, V variant earns an eight-inch infotainment display screen, TFT instrument cluster and LED illumination throughout the cabin. The climate control system also receives an update.

The flagship, Q variant is adorned with LED daytime running lights, projector headlights, and Smart Entry Key. The interiors are worked with wood grain panels along with four power windows. The safety here include seven airbags, vehicle stability control, and hill assist control.

Two engines that will be overtured in 2016 Innova include a 2.0-litre Dual VVT 1TR-FE petrol engine delivering 139 PS at 5600 rpm and 183 Nm at 4000 rpm. The second is a 2.4-litrefour cylinder turbo-diesel mill which is capable of delivering 149 PS at 3400 rpm and 359 Nm in between 1200 and 2600 rpm. Both these engines can be paired with either a six-speed auto or five-speed manual transmission.
