ACMobility offers improved membership benefits with ChargePlus 

MANILA: ACMobility has rebranded its membership platform, ACMobility Membership, to ChargePlus — now with better benefits for subscribers.  

According to Ayala’s mobility arm, the leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and infrastructure, ChargePlus elevates the program in response to consumer insights that highlighted key barriers to long-term adoption, including expiring credits and a discount-only structure. 

“With this transition, ACMobility moves towards a flexible and pay-per-use model, providing a more convenient system that ensures that customers only pay for what they need, retaining unused charging credits, and enjoying an accessible and reliable charging experience,” the company wrote in a press release.

New perks 

Under the revamped membership program, customers will enjoy better perks via a tiered credit system that the company notes will reward higher spend with deeper discounts and a suite of benefits. 

Further, the new system is also flexible enough to cater to customers with varying lifestyles. 

Below are the updated perks: 

No-expiry credits	Purchased credits no longer expire as long as they are used at least once every six months
Tiered bonus credits	Customers can receive up to a 20-percent bonus on credit purchases
Integrated lifestyle benefits	Through strategic partnerships, ChargePlus customers gain access to exclusive perks such as:  Comprehensive vehicle care (Bosch Car Service)  Discounts on BYD cars accessories  On-demand power from Power-on-Wheels  Discounted maintenance service for Kia vehicles

Future updates to ACMobility’s partner app, Evro, will also allow users to reserve charging slots and extend sessions directly from their mobile devices. 

“Our goal with ChargePlus is to transform the charging experience from a simple utility into a comprehensive, value-driven lifestyle for every EV owner,” ACMobility Head of Mobility Infrastructure Carla Buencamino was quoted as saying. 

“This rebrand reflects our commitment to building an EV ecosystem that is not only accessible and reliable but also deeply attuned to the evolving needs of EV owners,” she added.
