BYD Cars PH network now 64 dealer-strong

MANILA: BYD Cars Philippines has grown its dealership network to 64 — just a few more to reach its target of reaching 79 by the end of 2025.

According to BYD Cars PH, it now has 64 dealerships nationwide.In a statement, the Ayala-led subsidiary shared that its expansion program covers key locations in Luzon and Mindanao as part of its commitment to make electric vehicles (EV) more accessible to customers.
“Reaching this stage of our expansion reflects the growing trust of more Filipinos in BYD and in electric mobility,” BYD Cars Philippines Managing Director Bob Palanca said.
“Every new dealership strengthens our ability to serve more communities and brings us closer to a future where electric mobility is a natural choice for Filipinos,” he added.
Luzon expansion
Recently joining the BYD dealer network in the country is its Lipa facility in Batangas.
Managed by Solar Transport, the establishment features an eight-vehicle showroom, a dedicated customer lounge, and a six-bay service center. BYD Lipa also has five alternate current chargers (AC) and one fast direct current (DC) type.
Photo from BYD Cars PhilippinesAside from that, the brand’s local distributor also opened BYD Carmona in Cavite. This houses an eight-car showroom, and six service bays.
In Central Luzon, the marque also opened BYD Baliwag. Serving as its first-ever 3S (sales, service, spare parts) in the province, the establishment has a showroom that can display eight cars, 10 work bays, with both AC and DC chargers.
Meanwhile, BYD Palawan has been inaugurated in Puerto Princesa. The infrastructure dealership is fitted with a display area that can house 4–6 cars, a body-and-paint facility, and charging points.

Mindanao Expansion
Outside Luzon, BYD has established outlets in Mindanao
It made its entry into Zamboanga del Norte with BYD Dipolog, the first EV dealership in the entire province and the flagship outlet of Eco Motion Auto Group. Situated in the region’s “gateway city,” the new dealership positions Dipolog as an emerging hub for sustainable mobility in northwestern Mindanao.

In Metro Manila, BYD also broke ground for its Greenhills dealership.
Eyed to be the sixth Ayala-owned BYD dealership in the Philippines. The soon-to-rise facility is expected to bring convenient access to BYD’s full EV lineup, test drives, and aftersales services to urban motorists.
