Continued nationwide expansion
CPI continued to expand its network nationwide by opening retail sites around the country.
A total of 18 new service stations were established this year, which include sites in Laoag City in Ilocos Norte, Balaoan in La Union, Makati, Tagaytay, Puerto Princesa in Palawan, and Bacolod.
Caltex Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, one of the new Caltex retail sites opened in the past year, strengthens CPI’s growing reach and commitment to serving motorists in key growth areas.
Further, the company also opened 75 Caltex Havoline Autopro and Bikepro workshops in 2025, bringing the tally to over 500 locations. Here is where the brand offers its 22 different maintenance solutions — performed by expert mechanics.
New, sustained partnerships
CPI also inked new partnerships and maintained strong relationships with existing stakeholders.
As an example, the company renewed its mutually beneficial lease agreements with Batangas Land Company Incorporated (BLC) for the lease of BLC properties in San Pascual, Batangas; Lapu-Lapu, Cebu; San Fernando, La Union; and Sasa, Davao City. This way, the brand can continue providing fuel services to nearby communities.
Likewise, CPI also teamed up with local coffee chain Pickup Coffee. In an effort to strengthen its non-fuel offerings, signing the coffee company allowed Caltex stations to energize motorists with drinks.
As of January 2026, 20 new Pickup Coffee booths opened, bringing the total count to 32.
“Our partnership with Caltex reflects our long-standing commitment to serving customers where they may need it the most. We are optimistic that this is the beginning of a long-term relationship — one that is grounded on mutual trust and a commitment to genuine service,” Pickup Coffee Chief Executive Officer Francis Flores noted.
Caltex also maintained its tie-up with convenience store chain 7-Eleven to open more branches tailored for motorists on the go.
In 2025, five new 7-Eleven stores popped up in Caltex stations, bringing the total count to 123.
Impactful initiatives
CPI also launched several social initiatives in 2025.
For instance, the brand continued its tradition of backing AmCham Foundation Philippines’ ScholaCOLORun, an annual fun run that raises funds to send underprivileged youths to school.
The event saw a total of 3,458 runners, including 290 participants from CPI and Chevron Holdings Incorporated. Their efforts benefited 109 scholars.
“Here at AmCham, we believe that education is the key to fighting poverty. We are grateful for Chevron and CHI’s support throughout the years, as this partnership has helped many young Filipinos fulfill their potential and provide for their families,” AmCham President Edwin Feist commented.
Relatedly, CPI gathered 250 volunteers in September for its annual Coastal Cleanup in San Pascual, Batangas. Together, they collected 232 sacks of trash along the shoreline beside Chevron’s Batangas Terminal, creating an ideal nesting spot for Olive Ridley Sea turtles.
Finally, CPI employees went to Guanella Center Incorporated for the company’s annual Volunteer Day.
They bonded with beneficiaries with special needs and staged a simple program of exciting games with some lunch. Participants helped their beneficiaries build social skills, especially with people outside of the residence.
“Chevron spent 2025 providing reliable fuels to Filipino motorists and empowering underserved sectors through outreach and sustainability programs. With 2026 underway, Chevron remains determined to build a future through strategic innovations and enduring social initiatives,” the company wrote in a press release.
