Ford Philippines Appoints Lance Mosley as New Managing Director

MANILA: Ford Philippines is on a mission to change, change the current scenario to build a better-looking future. With this outlook in mind, Ford has bought Lance Mosley in the picture, who will be serving as the new Managing Director. Lance will be replacing Kay Hart and will assume duty as on 1st December 2015.

Lance Mosley, is not new in the Ford's family and shares a strong bond that dates back to 1994. Since then he has assumed many responsibilities, starting from a marketing career in Northern California dealership. His career graph moved up including serious roles in Marketing, Sales and Service. Mosley is thus entering Ford PH family with a 21 years of experience, with a goal to maintain Ford 2015 high sales figures, and increase its dealership and consumer service experience.

This Bachelor's degree holder in Business Management from North Carolina will report to Mark Kaufman, Ford ASEAN president. Kaufman welcomed Mosley saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Lance to his new role. With his proven experience and leadership in marketing and sales, we are confident that he will continue to build the momentum of our success and growth in the Philippines.”

As for Kay Hart, he will now serve as Director, Advanced Consumer Experience Marketing, Asia Pacific. He took the role of Ford PH Managing Director in 2013 and was involved in major Ford expansions plans, including the opening of new leaderships and launches. The list included all-new EcoSport, all-new Everest, new Ranger, new Focus, new Explorer, new Escape, new Mustang and the new Expedition Platinum.
