Fuel firms to continue price hikes this week
Prices to go up as much as P4.26/L
MANILA: Aside from worrying about flooded roads due to the rainy season, motorists will have to endure continued price hikes for petroleum products.

According to the Department of Energy (DOE), these adjustments are driven by shifts in the international oil market.Per the announcement made by the Department of Energy (DOE), gasoline products can go as high as P1 per liter across the board for all varieties (unleaded and premium). Meanwhile, diesel can jump anywhere from P2.62 to P4.62 per liter across the board (regular and diesel plus).
Kerosene, on the other hand, can increase in price from P2.22 to P4.22 per liter.

As noted in the table, the adjustment will take place from July 14 (tomorrow) to July 20.
