Gas prices rise by P3.95/L, diesel rolls back by P2.30/L today

MANILA: We are seeing a mix of good and bad news today. Prices of gasoline products rise significantly by P3.95 per liter, while diesel prices roll back by P2.30 per liter today (May 24).   

Kerosene prices also decrease by P2.45 per liter. 

Caltex has implemented the increase and rollback at midnight Tuesday, while Petron and Shell have done the same early morning. 

Around the same time as the above fuel companies, Cleanfuel, Flying V, Petro Gazz, Phoenix, PTT Philippines, Seaoil, and Unioil have also followed the price decrease on diesel and increase on gasoline. 

Last week, gasoline went down by P0.40 per liter, kerosene by P2.10 per liter, and diesel by P3.10 per liter.
