Geneva Motor Show has a Wrangler Rubicon 1941 in Hella Yella

MANILA: You won't need to wander around for inspiration regarding the modification of your new Jeep Wrangler. Wanna know why? Well, Jeep, the American automaker, in association with MOPAR has unveiled an appetising version of the all-new Wrangler at the ongoing 2019 Geneva Motor Show.

The two companies together have indeed saved many hours of research for a lot of people out there.

Dipped in Hella Yella color, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 1941 is adorning numerous Jeep Performance upgrades along with a truckload of Mopar accessories. The title given to this modified Wrangler is the name that was used for the original Willy's Jeep from World War II. The customisation done by both Jeep and MOPAR is to improve the looks and off-road performance of the Wrangler.

The Wrangler Rubicon 1941 also gets a snorkel, rock rails, black door sills, all-weather floor mats, and a two-inch lift kit. The black accents on the 4x4 not only provide the needed contrast but also display the birth year of the car.

The elements painted in black include the soft-top, matte front grill, door handles, wheel arches, side mirror caps, mudguards, running boards, and large alloy wheels.

This modified Wrangler is very different from other customised concepts as all the accessories the 4x4 is wearing are street legal and will be available for customers to purchase. What’s even better? The accessories have been developed by the same folks who bring Jeep vehicles to life at the company’s factory.

Coming to the heart of the 4x4, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 1941 is powered by the new 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine. Jeep has also mentioned that after the Rubicon trim, Sport and Sahara variants of the new Wrangler will also hit the markets in later part of 2019.
