Honda Cars PH to recognize service personnel in National Skills Challenge

MANILA: The 23rd National Skills Challenge, organized by Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI), will be used to acknowledge the company's competent and knowledgeable service personnel. The NSC is Honda's platform for dealer service staff to demonstrate their important abilities in line with international best practices intended to improve service quality.

With the regional and international benchmarking of after-sales service procedures, HCPI is able to improve customer satisfaction in after-sales service while also enhancing the pride and delight of dealer service associates.

The recognition program encourages Honda dealer service staff to establish a demanding mentality that would assist them consistently seek to enhance their abilities based on global standards, while highlighting the competences for exceptional service quality.

The awarding ceremony will take place during the forthcoming Dealer Conference of HCPI. The final round ended on February 19, 2023. The winners will represent the Philippines in the Asia-Oceania Skills Competition in May 2023, and they will also be eligible to compete in the World Skills Competition in October 2023.

The Honda National Skills Contest includes seven categories:

• Quick Repair Category - Quality and Speed
• General Repair Category - Fix-right the first time
• Paint Repair Category - Honda Paint Repair Standard
• Body Repair Category - Honda Body Repair Standard
• Service Advisor BP Category - Interpersonal skills and quotation accuracy
• Service Advisor GR Category - Interpersonal Skills and quotation accuracy
• Customer Relations Category – Customer care/satisfaction
