The Nissan N7 was developed and currently sold globally by Dongfeng Nissan - a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Group and Nissan Motor Corporation Limited. On the other hand, being added to the DOE’s list of recognized electric vehicles (EV) and hybrids is not a firm indication that it will be introduced soon.
But if we go by trends, a good number of other new energy vehicle (NEV) models that were later confirmed for a local launch by their respective brands did appear first on the DOE’s list. This includes the next-generation Toyota RAV4 HEV and the recently introduced updated Honda CR-V.
