Ko brings with him his more than 20 years of experience at Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), spanning different roles that include international market development, sales operations, and global business strategy. He previously held various key positions in Asia Pacific, Europe, India, and the Middle East.

As of last June, HMPH is part of Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Incorporated (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) Top 10 distributors after selling 3,150 units for the initial half of the year.
HMPH already had undergone three leadership changes since the marque was relaunched in the mid-2022—with Dongwook Lee being the company’s first president.
