Lalamove program rewards loyal users with e-vouchers from partner brands

MANILA: Lalamove Philippines has launched "Lalamove Rewards" to continue rewarding Filipinos for each delivery they make through the app.

With the slogan "Rewarding Every Move," the program gives users one LalaPoint for every P10 paid on total delivery fee. Lalamove users around the Philippines, particularly in serviceable areas of Luzon and Cebu, are eligible for the program.

Users who join the rewards program will receive 20 welcome LalaPoints and will be automatically entitled to claim a P20 Lalamove coupon, which will be valid for 14 days upon redemption.

Those who have joined the rewards program can redeem lifestyle e-vouchers from Bruno's Barbers, Handyman, and SM Supermalls, as well as F&B e-vouchers from 7-Eleven, BonChon, Bo's Coffee, ChaTime, Jollibee, Max's, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, with the LalaPoints that they collect.

In a statement, Lalamove Philippines Managing Director Dannah Majarocon said, “Lalamove Rewards is our way of expressing our gratitude to users for trusting Lalamove to deliver their packages through our wide variety of fleets. With this rewards program, we hope to continuously keep our customers satisfied, not just with the quality of service and our affordable delivery fees, but also with the rewards that await them in every delivery.”

Majarocon also stated that more brands will join the program to offer lifestyle and F&B e-vouchers to Lalamove Rewards members.

To join the rewards program, open the Lalamove mobile app, click the side menu, and select "Rewards," then tick the Terms and Conditions, and click the "Join now" button.
