Lexus now offers longer warranty to PH customers

MANILA: As part of its commitment to quality, durability, and reliability to customers, Lexus has extended its warranty program for customers in the Philippines.

In a statement, Lexus Philippines shared that its newly-launched Five-Year Warranty Program “continues its commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.”

“This is an all-new offering that aims to expand the bounds of the thoughtful kind of luxury that’s unmistakably Lexus. Lexus owners can now feel their path with Lexus stretch even further than before with this new addition to their exclusive benefits,” the Japanese premium marque’s local arm shared.

The program covers all brand-new vehicles bought from the Lexus Manila Gallery.

Lexus Philippines noted that the coverage — which starts on the car’s delivery date — combines the three-year or 100,000-kilometer manufacturer warranty and the additional two-year service rewards warranty (terms and conditions apply) that offers unlimited mileage coverage.

“From concept to creation, every Lexus embodies the brand’s philosophy of human-centered innovation and Takumi craftsmanship. Each curve, surface, and stitch is the result of thoughtful design where beauty meets engineering precision. The result is a driving experience that is intuitive, refined, and distinctly Lexus,” the firm assured.

Clients are encouraged to visit the recently-opened Lexus Manila Gallery (located at Grand Central Park, 8th Avenue corner Colonel Santos, Taguig) to learn more about the latest offering.

Further, customers may also download the MyLEXUS App available on both Android and iOS users to receive live updates and access other premium services.
