Nissan PH launches “Change Oil Promo,” new lifestlye apparel line

MANILA: Nissan Philippines Incorporated (NPI) has introduced the “Change Oil Promo” in a bid to make vehicle ownership more rewarding. 

Per NPI, the Change Oil Promo aligns with the Japanese carmaker’s commitment to providing its clients peace of mind, a better ownership experience, and better value. 

The aforementioned offer is available until October 15, 2026, and it is applicable to all Nissan vehicles released from 2016 to 2026. It includes the following perks: 

• 10 percent discount on Change Oil Service (engine oil, oil filter, drain plug washer)
• 10 percent off miscellaneous fees
• Free labor

“Regular maintenance is one of the best ways to keep a vehicle performing safely and reliably for years to come,” Nissan Philippines President Yoshinori Kanazawa said. 

“Through this promotion, we aim to make expert Nissan service more accessible and rewarding, helping customers maximize value while enjoying the reliability and assurance that come with every visit to a Nissan dealership,” Kanazawa added.

Nissan Wear

Apart from NPI’s new Change Oil Promo, the company also introduced Nissan Wear - a collection of apparel, accessories, and everyday essentials that are touted to connect people with the identity of the Nissan brand. 

Specific lifestyle products under Nissan Wear include shirts, caps, tote bags, tumblers, bucket hats, and other items "designed for customers who want to carry the Nissan spirit wherever they go.” 

These Nissan Wear products are available at NPI’s dealerships nationwide.

The latest Nissan nameplate introduced to the Philippine market is the X-Trail e-POWER. As of this publication, it retails at P2.26 million. 

Under the hood of the X-Trail e-POWER is a 1.5-liter gasoline engine paired with a 1.85-kilowatt-hour (kWh) lithium-ion battery and a single-speed electric drive gearbox. 

Collectively known as the e-POWER system, it sends up to 204 horsepower and 330 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque to the vehicle’s front wheels. It likewise boasts electric vehicle-like driving, as its gasoline component is merely a power generator that supplies energy to its battery pack, which in turn drives the vehicle’s electric motor. 

Notable features available to the Nissan X-Trail e-POWER include, but are not limited to:

• Nissan Intelligent Mobility (advanced driver assist systems)
• Nissan e-Pedal Step (one-pedal driving system)
• 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• 12.3-inch full digital gauge cluster
• Electronic parking brake
• Power-adjustable front seats
• Triple-zone automatic climate controls
• Leather upholstery
