Omoda exports more than 12,000 cars last month

MANILA: Omoda revealed that last month, a total of 12,842 units were exported from its home country, China.

The said number helped the Wuhu-headquartered company reach its cumulative sales milestone of more than 130,000 vehicles.

A major factor in Omoda’s sustained growth is its products that offer today’s generation of car buyers the ideal mix of performance and visual appeal. Cars like the Omoda 5, boast fashionable design aesthetics, future-reaching intelligent technology, and numerous international authoritative certifications.

Testament to Omoda’s move to target the younger market segment in the global automotive industry is the sci-fi-inspired booth it staged at the recently held Geneva International Motor Show in Doha, Qatar.

In the same way, Omoda looked to appeal to the younger generation with its recent grand Eco Ride in China where it co-created a “low-carbon fashion flash mob” to reflect the brand’s steadfast pursuit of green development.

Filipino motorists intrigued by the industry’s fast-rising dark horse may check out its offerings as Omoda is slated to launch in the country later this year.

In fact, the initial batch of Omoda 5 cars have landed in the Philippines, which according to the brand’s local arm, will be used for pre-launch and preview activities.
