MANILA: Twin Chinese marques Omoda and Jaecoo have rolled out a 24/7 roadside assistance (RSA) program in the Philippines.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • How can customers request roadside assistance?

Customers experiencing a roadside issue can call the 24/7 hotline at (02) 8876-1476 and provide their vehicle details, current location, and a description of the issue.
  • What areas are covered?

Covered locations include the National Capital Region (NCR), key regional areas across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (such as Metro Cebu, Davao City, General Santos City, Zamboanga City, Cagayan de Oro City, and Iligan City), subject to service availability and program terms.
  • Per the local wing of the auto manufacturers, the said initiative will continue to strengthen its customer care and after-sales support. The brands’ roadside solution will be carried out by OJ Care, the dedicated after-sales service arm established by Omoda and Jaecoo Philippines to enhance customer experience.
