PH oil players to continue ‘big-time’ price slide this week

MANILA: Fuel companies shall continue to implement substantial rollbacks on their products’ retail prices this week.

    This week, gasoline products at the pump will go down by P1 per liter, diesel by P1.30 per liter, and kerosene by P1.65 per liter.

    The movements in pricing will become effective starting tomorrow September 17, 2024.

    • Based on their respective advisories, Cleanfuel, Caltex, Jetti, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil announced that they will cut down the price of gasoline products at the pump by P1 per liter and diesel by P1.30 per liter.

    In addition, Caltex, Petron, and Seaoil shall reduce the pump price of kerosene by P1.65 per liter.

    The adjustments in the pricing — which other companies are expected to similarly implement — will take effect starting tomorrow (September 17).

    Last week, gasoline products went down by P1.55 per liter, diesel by P1.30 per liter, and kerosene by P1.40 per liter.
