Toyota Motor PH collabs with more insurance providers

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has inked agreements with two insurance providers in the country to boost its commitment to providing comprehensive coverage and maintaining exceptional service standards.

In a statement, the leading local automotive distributor said that the newly-formed alliances for the Toyota Insure are:

• Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation
• MAAGAP Insurance, Incorporated

Per TMP, the new insurance partners will give Toyota customers more options suited for their overall Toyota Insure experience. 

An exclusive insurance service program, Toyota Insure gives clients access to full-coverage insurance policies at competitive rates with hassle-free claims processing, free personal accident coverage, and guaranteed repairs at Toyota dealerships using genuine Toyota parts.

Toyota Insure also supports dealerships by increasing after-sales business and customer touchpoints, leading to higher customer retention. 

” With this expansion of Toyota Insure, TMP continues to enhance its customer experience beyond Toyota ownership by offering its Value Chain products through the entire vehicle use cycle. TMP provides an array of choices that suit the customers’ needs — from Financing (Toyota Financial Services) to Insurance (Toyota Insure) and when upgrading their Toyota through trade-ins (T-Sure). “These offerings provide customer satisfaction and a unique experience that sets Toyota apart from the usual,” TMP First Vice President for Value Chain Operations Mike Masamayor said.

Meanwhile, MAAGAP Insurance Incorporated President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Martin Dela Rosa said that the newly-forged partnership with TMP is part of the firm’s efforts “to deliver meaningful and accessible insurance solutions.”

On the other hand, Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation President and CEO Atty. Betty Medialdea expressed firm belief that the partnership with TMP will aid their common goal of supporting the economic growth of the Philippines.

Aside from the two newly-added firms, Toyota Insure already has five insurance partners. They are:

• AXA Philippines
• Malayan Insurance
• Standard Insurance
• People’s General Insurance
