Toyota PH Virtual Showroom gets additional functionalities

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) allows for more convenient purchasing of vehicles, thanks to additional functionalities in the recently introduced Toyota Virtual Showroom.

Customers can now look around an actual showroom as its online counterpart takes the real-world dealership experience virtually, making more vehicle details available anywhere and anytime.

Customers can also select which color and variant are best suitable for their preferences through the new model color selector and variant-specific information tags. The information tags also allow customers to view closely the specifications of their preferred vehicle.

The vehicles can be viewed in two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and 360-degree exterior and interior views here.

Product videos, brochures, and more details on the preferred vehicle of the customer are also accessible for viewing.

Payment estimates can also be computed virtually, and contact information can be submitted to establish customer connection with their chosen dealership.

Dealer representatives will then notify the customer to effectively facilitate vehicle purchase, provide an official quotation, and handle further inquiries.

On top of the complete dealership experience through the Virtual Showroom, the wide network of TMP’s dealerships nationwide can already bring newly bought vehicles at the customer’s homes.

Safety guidelines need to be efficiently observed as the dealership personnel guarantees a smooth turnover of the brand-new Toyota vehicle to the customer.
