VinFast PH teams up with Rapidé to expand service network
Local EV distributor now has 8 aftersales partners
MANILA: VinFast has partnered with Rapidé to further grow the former’s electric vehicle (EV) service facilities in the Philippines.

The company now has eight service center partners.In a statement, the Vietnam-headquartered marque’s local arm shared that the collaboration is part of its initiatives to help them reach the goal of opening more than 100 service facilities in the country.
VinFast shared that the move to put up 132 authorized service centers nationwide with Rapidé “bolsters its long-term commitment to push sustainable mobility locally.”

- Bosch
- Goodyear Philippines
- JIGA
- Marcjan Cavite
- Motech
- Power Tread Services
- Tire King and Rubber Products
Under the signed service-level agreement (SLA), VinFast will provide the following:
- Technical consulting
- In-depth personnel training
- Ongoing operational support to Rapidé
Further, workshops of Rapidé (with almost three decades of experience) will follow VinFast’s global service standards and prioritize maintenance and repair services for all latter’s electric vehicles.

For his part Rapidé CEO Rene Limcaoco said that its partnership with VinFast “marks Rapidé’s entry into the EV space” and opens up a new chapter of growth for their service network. “By integrating VinFast’s global standards, we aim to enhance service quality at our facilities and make electric vehicles more accessible and trustworthy for Filipino consumers,” he shared.
Photo by Ruben Manahan IVAside from service centers, VinFast is eyeing to establish 60 showrooms within the year and roll out a vast EV charging network in cooperation with V-Green.
“Following its success in Vietnam, VinFast is replicating its comprehensive EV ecosystem model across key Southeast Asian markets, including the Philippines,” the company noted in a statement.
