Yamaha Mio i 125

With premium features like full LED headlamps, tail lamps and daytime running lamps, a futuristic-looking full digital instrument console and an advanced version of the key shutter mechanism, the Honda Click 125i feels modern and edgy. This will surely appeal to the riders of the younger generation.
The Honda Click 125i is powered by a four-stroke, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 125cc engine, with which 11.1PS of maximum power output and 10.8 Nm of peak torque, makes the Honda Click 125i one of the most powerful and refined scooters in its class.
Despite its sleek and sharp body profile, the Honda Click 125i boasts of a very capacious under-seat storage space of 18-litre. This space is good enough to accommodate a full-face helmet.
Yamaha might have pitched the Mio i 125 as a basic entry-level scooter, however, it still manages to pull off a trendy personality with colorful and sporty body decals and black finish for alloy wheels and engine. This makes it look not so bare-bones for the price at which it is being offered.
The Yamaha Mio i 125 is powered by a four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 125cc engine, which produces a maximum power output of 9.5PS and a peak torque output of 9.6Nm. For a scooter which weighs only 92kgs, the Yamaha Mio i 125 has a good and punchy performance for city riding.
Being a light weighted scooter, the Yamaha Mio i 125 is very easy and ergonomic to ride for daily urban duties. The large 14-inch wheels, as well as a telescopic suspension at the front, do aid in making the Mio i 125 a stable scooter.
The Honda Click 125i has been bestowed with a very striking and sharp design language, which make it attractive when viewed head-on. However, with very bulbous and large front design and contrasting looking sleek rear end, the final outcome of the overall design feels a bit disproportionate
The slim tires of the Honda Click 125i do try to make the handling of the scooter very easy and rider-friendly. However, they tend to lose grip sometimes during quick directional changes, and at the same time, they do not go well with the overall muscular appeal of the scooter
The small footboard ahead the rider’s seat of the Honda Click 125i do make the riding ergonomics of taller riders a bit cramped for longer commutes
Except the presence of a key shutter mechanism pitched as a safety feature, there is no other standout modern feature which makes the Yamaha Mio i 125 a scooter of the current generation. The scooter lacks features to keep costs in check, but as a result, it feels too basic
The Yamaha Mio i 125 is fitted with a very small 4.2-litre of fuel tank, which gives it a very small tank range. It is a decent scooter for short city rides, but when it comes to long runs, the scooter runs out of tank range, which is limited
