VinFast E-Motorcycle Battery: ownership options
According to VinFast, there are two options for would-be customers to get their hands on an electric motorcycle’s battery.
First off is a battery subscription arrangement with a regular monthly fee of P439 per battery. This is packaged with an introductory offer (available until July 31, 2026), which adds a free battery subscription for one battery for the first 12 months, and up to 20 free battery swaps per month during the promotional period.
The second option is outright battery ownership. Although pricing details for this has not been revealed just yet, it will have no monthly subscription fees. The one downside is that it doesn’t support battery swapping, so owners will have to charge their E-Motorcycle batteries at home using compatible equipment.

VinFast E-Motorcycle Battery: where to charge
For those with a subscription, owners of VinFast’s lineup of E-Motorcycles will be able to take advantage of its battery-swapping ecosystem. Both subscribers and battery owners, on the other hand, can top up their rides using the official 400-watt (w) charger that comes with each purchase of an E-Motorcycle. Notably, an optional 1,000-w fast charger will be made available.
When using the provided charger, VinFast says that charging the battery will take about three to four hours.
At the moment, V-Green, VinFast’s global charging partner, plans to establish around 30,000 battery-swapping stations nationwide. An exact timeframe for this was not published, but it will begin through existing and upcoming VinFast dealerships.
