Yamaha PH RevZone dealership is now open in Metro Manila
MANILA: Yamaha PH has opened a brand new and its first-ever RevZone in Metro Manila along Timog Avenue, Quezon City. It is a massive showroom that will cater to the needs of scooter owners, new buyers, and visitors. So, riders in this part of the city do not have to travel all the way to the southern region for a world-class experience. And certainly, the opening of a new dealership is a moment to rejoice for Yamaha fans and owners.
RevZone is a lot similar to the company’s YZone, which is also the Yamaha PH flagship showroom situated in the Greenfield district, Mandaluyong City. It has separate divisions on the floor for different set of motorcycles, big engine-sized bikes, so do the bikes with small engines - underbones, scooters and likewise. This is similar to the setup we see in the Yamaha YZone.
Talking about the showroom and display of bikes, the SR400 and the XSR900 models have been positioned at the entrance alongside the Super Tenere 1200 luring passersby with their grandeur and aesthetic charm. One corner is taken by the Tracer 900 and the Mio Aerox, another by the MT family of bikes and the last but not least by the Mio lineup of AT scooters that includes the Mio Aerox S, the Mio Soul i125 and the Mio i125.
A separate section has been designated to the Yamaha R Series, with the likes of R1, R3, R6 and the Yamaha R15, plus the MAX range - NMAX, TMAX and XMAX. Apart from the bikes and scooters, you’d also find the performance parts section, composed of sporty gear and equipment that would interest enthusiast riders.
The facility also has customer lounge (separate for small and big bike owners) where the riders can relax and have a cup of coffee while viewing their vehicles getting serviced in the repair bay through a glass separation.
There are currently seven RevZones and one YZone in the country. Additionally, Yamaha has more than 380 ‘3S’ stations across the country that deal with sales, service and spare parts.
The new facility, RevZone, was inaugurated by Yamaha in partnership with Wheeltek. The launch event was hosted by Joyce Pring in presence of all the dignitaries, guests, business partners and Yamaha club riders. Of the members present at the event, some notable ones include Toru Osugi, the president of Yamaha Motor Philippines, Akihiro Maruo, the sales and marketing head at Yamaha and Rosario Teresita Odulio, the executive vice president at Wheeltek. Also at the venue was Joy Belmonte, the vice mayor of Quezon City.
The showroom launch also saw some activities. One was when a Laguna Seca YZR-M1 MotoGP bike took centre stage taking everyone by surprise and the other was a Bike Night for big bike riders, not necessarily owning a Yamaha, similar to the one that took place at YZone.
