Yamaha Philippines extended its lineup with Sight 115
MANILA: Yamaha Motor Philippines has recently extended its underbone lineup by launching the all-new Sight 155. With the new bike in the market, Yamaha plans to compete against the existing competitors like Suzuki Smash, and Honda Wave. Yamaha claims that the Sight 115 is a package of efficiency, simplicity, and performance that might help the company in attracting the young customers to its fleet.
The factor which makes this new bike even more special is the Fuel Injection system that improves the acceleration. The Yamaha’s F.I technology not just helps in improving the efficiency, it also unleashes the full potential of the machine. The rider is greeted by an easy-to-read instrument cluster with gear level indicator. The key console area consists Anti-theft, magnetic key shutter just like other bikes of its respective segment. For carrying your tits and bits, there is a 9-litre compartment under the seat.
The muffler of the bike is completed with a protector that gives off a pleasing exhaust note. With the bike’s 4-litre fuel tank, the rider gets a good driving range. Powering the all-new Sight is a 115cc air-cooled engine that comes with fuel injection. For improved cooling, the cylinder head has a spiny sleeve to improve cooling. This unit is capable of delivering a maximum power output of 8.4 PS and a peak torque of 9.5 Nm. It is further mated with a constant mesh 4-speed transmission.
The Yamaha Sight 115 is priced at Php 59,900 for the spoke wheel edition which is available in Black Raven and Red Metallic. Whereas, the Cast wheel version is tagged at Php 62,900 which is offered in Yellow Hornet and Black Raven colour options.
