After searching for an affordable, fun second car for months, I chose the Mazda MX-5 RF for its open-air driving experience, and honestly speaking, I have zero regrets. Twelve months in, this vehicle and it never fails to lift my mood. The manual gearbox is well-tuned, and the engine revs smoothly to 7500 rpm. It comes with premium features such as blind-spot monitoring, auto wipers, and dimming mirrors that significantly enhance convenience. The cabin is also surprisingly quiet. At 240 lbs and 5’10”, I find the Mazda MX-5 RF to be very well-built and reliable.
