The Mercedes-Benz V-Class has become our ideal road-trip machine, all thanks to its refined ride quality and the cabin space that is unmatched in this segment. The kids have fallen in love with the swiveling seats. Long drives have become less tiring due to the panoramic windows. Despite all these good things, the initial cost could not be justified. The engine sounded harsh and felt strained during a highway overtake, reminding me that when pushed, refinement isn’t the strongest thing. Despite these minor quirks, this car offers a premium experience.
