A bulky, disappointing piece of metal
My experience has not been that good with the Toyota RAV4. Despite being touted as a top-of-the-line vehicle, it seemed like a bulky, disappointing piece of metal on wheels. The engine lacks power and has made acceleration very slow. subpar. Throughout my rental, persistent rattles and squeaks have left me irritated, which ruined my positive impression of this vehicle. My Kia vehicles handle and perform much better than the RAV4. The RAV4's engine noise is especially harsh, sounding more like a meat grinder than a well-tuned powertrain. I regret renting it; it lacked comfort, class, and performance.
