Defect Report, Misaligned Components on Honda Click 125i V3
Honda Click 125i V3 Review – Potential, but Flawed by Factory Defects I recently purchased the Honda Click 125i V3, and while the bike has many things going for it — like fuel efficiency, sporty styling, and smooth performance — I was disappointed by several quality control issues right out of the box. 👍 What’s Good: Engine performance: The 125cc engine is fuel-efficient and responsive, perfect for city commuting. Modern styling: Sharp lines, LED lighting, and an aggressive design give it a premium look. Technology: The digital meter panel and ISS (Idling Stop System) are welcome features at this price point. 👎 What’s Not So Good (and quite concerning): Chassis not level: The most glaring issue is that the chassis doesn't appear to sit level, which affects the overall stance and ride quality. It leans awkwardly, making parking and cornering feel off-balance. Fender misalignment: The front fender is noticeably not centered, giving the bike a lopsided appearance when viewed from the front. Uneven fairings: Panels don't align properly — some parts stick out more than others, and there are visible gaps between the fairings. T-Post and Headlight Misalignment: The T-post seems to be slightly off, which causes the headlight assembly to point slightly off-center. This affects visibility at night and is just unacceptable for a brand-new unit. Overall Impression: While the Honda Click 125i V3 has strong potential as a daily commuter, these build quality and alignment issues are serious red flags. For a brand like Honda, known for its reliability and precision, this level of inconsistency is disappointing. I would strongly advise thoroughly inspecting the unit before purchase and pushing for proper dealer resolution if any of these misalignment issues are found. Hopefully, Honda addresses these factory-level concerns in future batches. Rating: 2.5/5 – Great scooter, let down by poor quality control.
