Comfort is only half of the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT’s appeal. It also scores very well in terms of performance. The 890cc inline-triple is quite good, with gobs of torque. Around town, this motorcycle handles very well, soaking up the bumps and imperfections very well. However, when you’re getting on a favorite curvy road or in the corners, it gets a little bit unglued. Still, the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT can live with the minor disappointment, given this motorcycle’s day-to-day capability. Over nearly 3,500 miles, the main problem I faced with this bike was a flat tire.
