BPI's 'Best Deal Fest' offers promos on auto, housing loans

MANILA: The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will offer exclusive financing products for vehicle and housing loans in through its "Best Deals Fest," a loan festival that will run from June 20 to 24 across all of its branches nationwide.

The exclusive financing products offers niceties such as lower rates and waived chattel mortgage fees, among others, and will be available with BPI's partner automotive brands and real estate developers.  

Citing growing demand in auto and home purchases, the bank is targeting to deliver 20% more bookings of auto and housing loans through the event. 

“Consumer confidence is back. Car and home purchases are back in demand as Filipinos move forward and continue to pursue their aspirations,” BPI Retail Lending Group Head Dennis T. Fronda said during the launch event for the loan festival.

“The Best Deals Fest is a perfect opportunity for aspiring car and homeowners to get their dream home and car, as BPI and our partners have exclusive offers for them," Fronda added. 

During the event, clients who will avail vehicles from the bank's partner brands through BPI Auto Loan can get exclusive offers and discounts. These partner brands include Ford, and Ayala-led AC Motors that distributes Kia, Maxus, and Volkswagen. 

The BPI executive boasted the convenience the Best Deals Fest will bring to the bank's clients: “While there is convenience in using digital platforms for usual financial transactions, big purchases like a house or a car will be made more convenient for the clients if assisted in a branch," he said. 

Alongside this, clients can also avail of the bank's Flex-Rewards promo in which customers can avail of points to use as payment to fees related to their loan or for other BPI products. This promo has also been extended to June 30. 

For BPI Housing Loan clients in the Best Deals Fest, they can avail of the exclusive promos from the bank's partner real estate developers Alveo, Amaia, and Avida.
