CAMPI-TMA H1 2025 YTD sales enjoy slight growth
Overall retail nearly hits 231K-unit mark
MANILA: Consolidated year-to-date sales of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Incorporated (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) for the first half of 2025 showed a two-percent growth.

Last month, the two organizations collectively turned over 40,483 vehicles to customers.Based on their joint report, the two organizations retailed 230,912 units in the initial six months of the year — reflecting a slight increase compared to the 226,279 vehicles rolled out to clients in the same period for 2024.

Last month, the aforementioned groups delivered 40,483 vehicles to customers. This figure is 1.8-percent higher than the 39,775 units handed over to buyers in May 2025 and 3.6-percent more when measured up against June 2024’s 39,088-unit turnover.
Sales per category
Cornering more than three-fourths of CAMPI-TMA’s sales (80.23 percent) is the commercial vehicle segment —delivering 185,265 units to customers in January-June 2025. Exhibiting the continuous demand in the said market, the said output is 11.3-percent greater than the 166,404 vehicles brought to clients in the same timeline the previous year.

“Ongoing market shifts and evolving buyer preferences present opportunities for innovation and recovery in this segment,” CAMPI-TMA noted.

The same tally sheet revealed that the groups’ new energy vehicle market is at the 13,490-unit mark.

Sales leaders for June 2025
Maintaining the lead is Toyota Motor Philippines with 111,276 units sold, allowing them to secure 48.19-percent of the two group’s retail figures. Also keeping its position in second place is Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation with 44,021 vehicles sold (19.06-percent market share).
