CAMPI-TMA Nov. 2025 YTD sales down by 1%

MANILA: Sales for the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Incorporated (CAMPI) and Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) for the full 11 months of 2025 continues to be down by one percent.

Based on their consolidated report, the two groups jointly retailed 420,776 units in January-November 2025 timeline — reflecting a one-percent decrease versus the 425,208 examples delivered to clients for the same period the previous year.

Last month alone, CAMPI-TMA collectively sold only 37,352 vehicles — which is 6.7 percent down from October 2025’s 40,014-unit performance and 8.7 percent lower compared to the 40,898 units handed over to buyers in November the previous year.

Slowing down the year-to-date sales slide as of November 2025 is the 335,859 units sold from the commercial vehicle segment. Such a performance showed 6.8-increase in contrast to the 314,563 example-churn for the same timeline in 2024.

Meanwhile, the passenger car category showed a 23.3-percent drop after collectively rolling out 84,917 units versus the 110,645 in January-November 2024.

In a statement, CAMPI-TMA shared that the industry remains optimistic as manufacturers prepare for the traditional surge in consumer activity during the final month of the year.

“The Chamber reaffirms its commitment to working closely with government and private sector partners to sustain market growth, strengthen consumer confidence, and accelerate the adoption of innovative and energy efficient vehicle technologies,” it added.

CAMPI-TMA leaders as of Nov. 2025

Maintaining the top two posts in terms of automotive sales are Toyota Motor Philippines (selling 205,552 units, which represents 48.85 percent share of the market) and Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (with 79,252 units delivered to clients and cornering 18.83-percent share).

Ford Motor Company Philippines kept third spot after selling 20,007 units while Suzuki Philippines and Nissan Philippines held on to fourth and fifth spots with 19,982 and 19,225 examples turned over to clients, respectively.
