Chevrolet PH adds glamor to dealer awards night name

MANILA: Hariphil Asia Resources Incorporated (HARI) has renamed the dealer awards night for Chevrolet dealers in the Philippines — adding glamor to the event.

Now called “The Chevys”, the program— recently held at Solaire Resort, Parañaque — celebrated the excellence of the Golden Bowtie marque’s dealer network in key business areas such as:

• Sales,
• Service
• Parts
• Customer Relations
• Dealer Management

According to HARI, the recognitions given to top-performing dealers highlight its commitment to strengthen its partnership with its network.

"The Chevys is our way of honoring the hard work of the teams that embody our core values of innovation, quality, and unwavering focus on the customer," HARI Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Maria Fe Perez-Agudo was quoted as saying.

"We are not only awarding trophies; we celebrate together as the vibrant community that builds lasting relationships with our customers and turns every Chevy drive into a memorable experience,” she added.

Gracing the event were top executives from General Motors Asia Pacific, led by Hector Villarreal (president and managing director) as well as Marc Ebolo, (managing director for Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific sales operations)  — highlighting the importance of the Philippine market.

Joining Agudo to represent the Philippine leadership team were HARI Chairperson Richard Lee, as well as Director, Treasurer, and Chief Finance Officer Ladislao Avila Jr.

‘The Chevys’ award-winners

During the award’s night, Chevrolet Alabang was hailed as the 2024 Grand Dealer Network Champion award for its performance across all operational aspects.

Earning the Rookie of the Year citation was Chevrolet Camarines Sur, which also received numerous accolades.
