Geely PH displays new logo ahead of brand relaunch

MANILA: Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) has displayed its new logo ahead of its scheduled official comeback, which is now steered by its global office.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Where did Geely's Philippine arm show the new logo?

The new logo was posted over Geely Philippines official Facebook page.
  • What could the presence of the new Geely logo signify?

The new logo might be connected to the brand's latest thrust, which would include the introduction of new models in various powertrain options.
  • As posted on its official Facebook page, the Chinese automaker’s local arm showed the same six-window insignia but in a rectangular layout, instead of the inverted trapezoidal design.

“Geely Motor Philippines starting off 2025 with a brand-new logo and renewed commitment to have you #SeeTheWorldInFull,” the company stated in the social media post.

The same post also hinted Geely's relaunch in the Philippines on February 12.

No further details were shared yet, however, GMP mentioned in a previous statement that it will undergo a significant lineup revitalization in the initial quarter of the year.

Aside from its current lineup in the country, the Geely distributor in the country is eyeing to introduce more all-new products to meet the diverse needs of the Philippine market. These will cover models in the following categories:

In an earlier post, GMP also displayed photos of units being rolled into car carriers — expressing the firm’s readiness for their upcoming thrust.

“Big things are rolling in at Geely Motor Philippines! The 2025 models are here, bringing next-level innovation and performance to the road,” Geely Philippines noted on its social media page posting last February 2.

As seen on its website, Geely has five nameplates currently being retailed in the Philippines.
