GWM PH overtakes own highest monthly sales anew

MANILA: GWM (Great Wall Motor) Philippines is on a roll this year, having posted its highest monthly sales to date in September.

In a statement, the Luxuriant Automotive Group Incorporated-led vehicle distributor reported sales of 262 units last month, surpassing its previous monthly performances of 232 units in August and 100 units in June. These figures mark the company's strongest monthly sales performances to date.

The strong monthly results helped bring the company's year-to-date (YTD) sales to 836 units. 

"Back-to-back record months tell us the demand for the Haval H7 is real and lasting," GWM Philippines Brand Head Daximilian Avenido was quoted as saying. "Filipino buyers are choosing a capable, well-built plug-in hybrid SUV that fits how they actually drive. What matters most now is consistency, and sustaining this momentum through the rest of the year."

GWM Philippines attributed the increase in sales to sustained demand for the Haval H7, noting that demand continues to outpace available supply, with some customers still waiting for their units. The company said it remains committed to serving all customers within the year and is working with its dealer network to prioritize vehicle allocation and deliveries.

Continued strong demand for the Haval H7 has driven the company's sales growth.

GWM Haval H7: Notable specifications 

The GWM Haval H7 is available in three variants:

• Haval H7 HEV 2WD
• Haval H7 PHEV 2WD
• Haval H7 Hi4 PHEV 4WD  

Although they share the same model name, the three variants feature different powertrain configurations.

The Haval H7 is available in Midnight Black and Iceberg White for both HEV and PHEV variants, while Stealth Gray is available for the PHEV variants.

Pricing starts at P1,298,888 for the base variant, P1,548,888 for the midrange variant, and P1,698,888 for the top-of-the-line variant.
