Kia PH opens Bohol dealership

MANILA: Kia Philippines recently expanded its dealership network in Central Visayas with the inauguration of its new showroom in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

Kia Bohol is managed by Strong Moto Centrum, Incorporated and spearheaded by President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Silvestre Lumapas Jr. along with Vice President Marilou Du-Lumapas and Managing Director Louise Camille Lumapas. Kia Bohol features a six-car showroom that will display the brand’s latest models. It also includes two service bay areas that can accommodate the customers’ repair and maintenance needs.

Kia Bohol is strategically located in the business center of the province to cater the automotive needs of the Boholanos.  From sporty sedans to stylish SUVs and even powerful cargo vans, Kia has a vehicle that will complement the varying lifestyles and needs of customers.

Currently, there are 41 Kia dealerships across the country. Kia Philippines is planning to further expand its dealership network this year to increase its market reach in the country.

In a statement, Kia Philippines President Manny Aligada said, “It will not slow down because we are not yet in all the areas we want to be in. It will continue.” The company is set to open five more dealerships this year in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

“We, together with our business partners, are confident that this move will help strengthen the brand’s presence and show the Filipino people that we are here for them, despite the challenges we are facing today,” Aligada added.

Despite the struggles in operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kia Philippines was able to move over 2,000 units in the previous year. Kia is also set to roll out two new models this year.
