Lalamove, QC gov't to open 'Fast Sign-Up Site' for delivery partners from Jun. 24-25

MANILA: Lalamove Philippines has partnered with the Quezon City local government to provide accessible livelihood opportunities for potential partner drivers and riders through its Fast Sign-Up Site. Interested applicants may go to the Quezon City Hall on June 24 and 25.

In a statement, Lalamove Philippines Managing Director Dannah Majarocon said, “The need for on-demand, same-day, long-distance, and last-mile deliveries is showing no signs of stopping, and as we hope to fulfill this demand, we also aim to provide more livelihood opportunities with the help of the local government units we’ve partnered with for our Fast Sign-Up Sites, apart from Quezon City this June and Imus, Cavite last May.”

With around 200,000 partner drivers ready to deliver, Lalamove is focused toward meeting the demands of the logistics sector, notably in its serviceable areas across Luzon — in the Greater Manila Area and Pampanga — and in Cebu.

Applicants can activate their driver application status by signing up on the Lalamove website at https://bit.ly/partnerdriverapplyna, submitting the complete requirements at the Fast Sign-Up Site, and attending the Driver Training on site.

The requirements for application are a driver’s license, official receipt of vehicle registration, Certificate of Registration, NBI/Police/Barangay Clearance, photos of vehicle (front, side, and back), and Truck for Hire Permit (for FB Body, L300, or Closed Van).

Applicants who are not the owners of the vehicle they would like to register in Lalamove can bring a letter of authorization with ID and signature of the person identified in the OR & CR and Deed of Sale.

Aside from the livelihood opportunity, Lalamove partner drivers can rely on Panalomove benefits such as fuel discounts at select gas stations, healthcare, insurance, loan assistance, vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, food and beverage discounts, and Lalamove merchandise.
