MG Philippines enforces stringent guidelines in line with dealership reopening

MANILA: Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, MG Philippines (The Covenant Car Company Inc. or TCCCI) has heightened their levels of sanitation and hygiene to ensure the safety and protection of their employees and clients upon reopening of their dealerships nationwide.

These stringent measures focus more on the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of brand new MG units. Hygiene and safety measures also include the disinfection of existing MG aftersales and dealership facilities in the whole country.

Clients can bring their MG vehicles that are under warranty to their preferred MG dealerships to avail of advanced vehicle sanitization services for a minimal fee.

In terms of PDI, brand new MG units will go through a sanitization treatment system. This treatment involves an atomized anti-bacterial substance which deeply cleans and fumigates car cabin spots like the beddings, cushions, carpets, and ventilation system to eliminate molds, spores, bacteria, and other microorganisms even in hard-to-reach areas. The anti-bacterial solution will also provide non-hazardous, long-term prevention against further growth and accumulation of microbes and germs inside MG units.

The innovative aftersales services of MG Philippines, like the 24/7 MG Philippines Hotline, My MG App, and the Mobile Garage, enable customers to continually communicate with the auto brand in compliance with the recommendation to enforce social distancing.
