Suzuki Auto Matina is 2025 National Aftersales Skills Competition champ

MANILA: The Automobile Aftersales Department of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPI) recently held the 2025 National Aftersales Skills Competition (NASC).

Per SPI, the said event highlighted the professionals working at its nationwide dealership network, particularly their know-how and expertise in providing vehicle repair and customer service. 

Emerging as the champion of the 2025 NASC is Suzuki Auto Matina, which the brand said has demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork. 

The Suzuki Auto Matina team consists of Customer Service Relation Officer Ayessa L. Orbeta, Parts Supervisor Jan Oscar Edward Mariano, Service Advisor Robin Jan Vallescas, and Technician Helberto Bangcas Jr. 

Hot on the heels of the champions in second place is Suzuki Auto Taytay, whose team consisted of Customer Relation Officer Merie Rose San Juan, Leadman Rodel Villanueva, Parts Staff Jessie Majados, and Service Advisor Isiclet Ogatis. 

Suzuki Auto Kalookan, meanwhile, attained third place. Its team consists of Customer Relation Supervisor Rangie Pangilinan, Parts Specialist Robelyne Mira, Service Advisor Remie Villaflor, and Technician Sixto Aguila Jr. 

To honor their victories at the 2025 NACS, each team member of the aforementioned Suzuki dealerships received a cash prize. 

“Every challenge you face, every solution you find, and every customer you serve reflects our vision to deliver value-packed products and services that bring joy and satisfaction to people’s lives,” General Manager of SPI After Sales Services and Marine Division Yukio Sato said. 

“Excellence is built every day through passion, teamwork, and the will to serve better than yesterday,” Sato added. 

To note, the 2025 NASC was held at the Suzuki Auto Santa Rosa in Laguna. It was attended by representatives from dealerships from around the country.

Other Suzuki dealership updates in PH

Recently, SPI officially inaugurated its latest dealership in Oriental Mindoro. Known as Suzuki Auto Calapan, it is owned and operated by Reliance Auto Dynamics. The said dealership can be found at Kilometer 9, Puting Tubig, Calapan City. 

Back in November this year, the Japanese brand’s local arm, together with Sakura Autoworld Incorporated, broke ground for an upcoming 3S (sales, service, spare parts) dealership in Dupat, Lucena, Quezon Province. 

The ninth month of 2025 likewise saw the opening of Suzuki Auto Surigao. It is also owned and managed by Sakura Autoworld Incorporated, and it is situated at Kilometer 5, Barangay Luna, Surigao City.
