Peugeot Rolled Out Traveller i-Lab Concept @ 2016 Geneva Motor Show

MANILA: Alongside the sport cars, luxurious sedans and SUV’s, the ongoing 86th Geneva Motor Show has witnessed the showcasing of an all-new futuristically designed traveller concept, named Peugeot Traveller i-Lab 3.0 VIP Shuttle. If you wish your vehicle to be loaded with pioneering technology that can help you in accomplishing your tasks while you are on your way to work, then this Peugeot car should be your first and foremost pick. While designing this concept vehicle, Peugeot was focussed on providing an optimum travel experience, followed by advanced connectivity and premium comfort.

The showcased Peugeot concept vehicle is designed keeping the professional players in mind, as it is said to be a derivative of a business lounge. From the exterior, it is not at all an expensive looking van; but from inside, it is highly equipped with all the required technological advancements. To design this concept vehicle, the French automaker has brought together the Peugeot Expert van and the Peugeot Traveller; newly released MPV at 2016 Geneva Motor Show. As per the manufacturer, they have used their own Efficient Modular Platform (EMP2) and combispace design to give shape to this modern VIP transport.

The modernistic features acquainted by the firm comprises of a 32-inch touch-screen tablet surrounded by 4 individual comfy passenger seats draped with Alcantara and patinated black leather trim. So to get the real experience of this VIP comfy traveller, you need step inside the vehicle. Further, the vehicle has been given an entire business ambience by instaling dark tinted windows that segregate passengers from the outer world. Even more, the single s32-inch tablet can be split into 4-screens, that allows all the 4 members to accomplish their business models or projects separately.

The interior designer of Traveller i-Lab, Alessandro Riga says, “The Peugeot Traveller i-Lab makes everything so easy and streamlined. The on-board technology is cutting-edge transforming everyday life. The arch supporting the touch tablet embodies this versatility by fostering and encouraging between passengers while on the move.”

The French automaker has installed 17 speakers all around the vehicle that let you listen to your favorite playlists. To enhance the connectivity options, the tablet comes equipped with several connectivity options such as Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, charging docks and much more. And above all, you can even connect VR headsets to experience the virtual reality. The 32-inch tablet and all the supportive equipments are offered by Samsung. The main purpose to fit all this connectivity features is to let you stay connected while all your on the way. The Peugeot i-Lab is designed with several attractive features such as navigation, and you can even connect to Peugeot’s Connected Services.

Besides this modern VIP transport, the French automaker is also looking forward to unveil facelift version of the Peugeot 2008. Initially launched in July 2015, Peugeot will soon be introducing its revamped version with minor tweaks and tune-ups.

Peugeot Traveller i-Lab Concept is undoubtedly designed for high-end executives, who are bound to work while they are on their way.
