Salmon Finance launches in-store moto loans service

MANILA: Salmon Finance is boosting its business in the Philippines after officially starting its in-store motorcycle loans service.  

To launch this offering, the financial technology company teamed up with multi-brand dealer group Suerte Motoplaza to make the product available in the latter’s select branches in Metro Manila and soon, in more areas nationwide. 

The launch of its in-store motorcycle loans program followed the introduction of digital financing for two-wheelers last year.

In a statement, Salmon Finance said that its latest endeavor marks the next phase of its motorcycle financing business. This also boosts its presence “at a critical moment

in the customer journey – right where purchasing decisions are made.”

Through the partnership, customers purchasing a vehicle at Suerte Motoplaza can easily access Salmon’s credit services at the point of purchase — with the entire journey (from application to loan repayment) being fully digital.

Customers can also receive credit decisions in as fast as one minute, making the experience seamless and efficient. 

Further Sakmon Finance noted that the such convenience can be done outside stores—with the loan repayments can be completed entirely online, allowing customers to manage their loans anytime, anywhere.

“We’re happy to partner with Suerte Motoplaza in bringing this experience closer to

customers,” he added.

To note, Suerte Motoplaza carries models under Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

Outside of motorcycles, the company also offers helmets, parts and gears, as well as engine oils in their dealership.
