Inside, the Li Auto Mega showcases a luxurious cabin filled with premium creature comforts and high-tech features. Up front, this MPV features dual 15.7-inch Gen4 OLED displays with 3K resolution (central infotainment display and co-pilot display) that contribute to its immersive cabin experience. Second- and third-row occupants can also enjoy a personalized entertainment experience through a 21.4-inch LCD display, which is Dolby Vision-supported. These displays are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P High Performance Edition platform with a high-speed dual-SIM 5G module and MindGPT, among others.

Aside from that, this MPV is equipped with a 21-speaker Li Platinum Audio System supported by Dolby Atmos. Meanwhile, the driver has access to an HD projection heads-up display, as well as a multi-control steering wheel with a safe driving touch-bar display. For convenience, the Li Auto Mega comes with multiple cupholders and USB Type-C ports across three rows, two 12V sockets (front row and trunk), a 220V socket, and front- and second-row wireless mobile phone chargers.

For starters, the Li Auto Mega measures 5,350 mm in length, 1,965 mm in width, and 1,850 mm in height. This 7-seater battery electric MPV also comes with a 3,300-mm wheelbase.

The Li Auto Mega features a futuristic design defined by smooth contours and bright lighting. Its hypermodern fascia, which resembles a bullet train, is flanked by the brand’s signature “Star Ring” headlights. A slim LED light bar also runs across the entire width of its larger-than-life windshield. Underneath, a blacked-out bumper with functional air vents adds more detail to its front design.

Meanwhile, its “teardrop-shaped” profile is complemented by 18-inch black-grey low aerodynamic drag wheels wrapped in silent tyres. Its silhouette also looks very futuristic, accentuated by extra large electric sliding doors with flush handles and floating fastback roof design.

Its sleek hypermodern styling extends to the rear, highlighted by its tail light bar and electric tailgate with a position memory feature. Underneath, its blacked-out bumper, which houses the reflectors, completes its two-tone overall look on the road.

In terms of suspension, the Li Auto Mega comes with a Double Wishbone at the front and an H-Arm Multi-Link at the rear. Its setup is also equipped with the brand’s Magic Carpet Dual-Chamber Air Suspension system and Continuous Damping Control. With this in mind, this MPV delivers a very supple riding experience, leaving passengers feeling refreshed even after long journeys. It soaks up bumps and other road imperfections in the city excellently. It also handles decently for its size. 

The Li Auto Mega runs on a dual-electric motor setup that generates a total system power output of 400 kW (front: 155 kW, rear: 245 kW) and a total system torque output of 542 Nm (front: 232 Nm, rear: 310 Nm). Feeding its dual electric motors is a large 102.7-kWh Kirin 5C battery that offers a 710-km CLTC range and supports 5C fast charging time of 500 km in just 10 minutes. 

Aside from that, this MPV utilizes a front and rear motor four-wheel drivetrain (4WD) and is equipped with five drive modes: Eco, Comfort, Standard, Sport, and Performance. That said, the Li Auto Mega offers instant linear power delivery off the line, going from 0 to 100 kmph in just 5.5 seconds. It cruises very smoothly both in the city and on the highway. At high speeds, its cabin remains quiet and peaceful, thanks to its impressive NVH suppression system. And, on top of this, its electric powertrain boasts top-notch efficiency for its huge size (15.9 kWh/100 km).

Safety is one of the main strengths of the Li Auto Mega. It is equipped with the brand’s latest suite of advanced assisted driving features, which includes all-weather LiDAR, multiple perception cameras around its body, a total of 12 ultrasonic radars, an attention warning system, VLA Command systems, VLA Parking systems, navigation assistance, VLA All-Scenario NOA systems, All-Scenario LCC systems, such as lane keep assist, obstacle avoidance, autonomous lane line generation, as well as a wide range of active safety features.

This MPV comes with front and rear ventilated disc brakes, which is supported by an electronic braking assistance system. The Li Auto Mega is also equipped with three regenerative braking modes: Comfort, Standard, and Strong.
